Rosales, Pangasinan – The town of Rosales lit up in a spectacular display of holiday spirit as its much-awaited Christmas Lighting Ceremony took place on December 6, 2024. The event, which drew large crowds from both local residents and visitors, marked the official start of the Christmas season in the town.

 

Held at the town’s central plaza, the event showcased a live concert which was participated by popular artist nowadays. Aegis Band, Cueshe, Shan Oquendo, Malupiton, Kiyo, Lil Lusis and some special guest entertained the folks of Rosales. “The success of this year’s Christmas Lighting event shows how the spirit of Christmas continues to grow stronger in our community,” said Rosales Mayor, William Cezar, during his opening speech. “This is not just about the lights and decorations; it’s about coming together as a community, sharing joy, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.” The event also featured a lively program of performances by local dance troupes, and other talent groups, all of whom presented festive songs and dances.

 

Local businesses and organizations also joined in the holiday celebrations, with many of them sponsoring the decorations and contributing to the event’s success. A variety of food stalls and treats were set up, further enriching the experience for visitors. The Christmas Lighting Ceremony was a resounding success, sparking a sense of unity and holiday cheer in the heart of Rosales. As the town embraces the magic of the season, residents are looking forward to the upcoming festivities, including parades, concerts, and other community events.
